Too slow to react! Can't react within 3 seconds!

This is a poor app. It does not work regularly. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t work.

I am unable to change the temperature control on the remote start. It is 80+ degrees outside and I can’t cool my car down because it is set to 74 and will not change! 🥵

I am going towards the end of my free usage, $228 seems outrageous to me, so I am not buying a subscription, although the app worked flawless throughout the entire 2 years.

I get a lot of it’s not working call customer support then I have to wait 5/1o mins for it to work

This app has promise but is surprising limited. For example, you can remotely start heat/ac and set a temperature, but cannot see what the cabin temp actually is or turn on the heated seats. You can start charging or set a charging schedule, but cannot manually stop charging. There is no option to charge to a certain level (like 80 or 90%). There is no Siri or Shortcuts integration. App needs a major update.

This application is too inconsistent to ever consider paying for when the free trial ends.

The app has great features and potential but as for now buyer beware, it doesn’t work, never has, don’t let Mitsubishi talk you in to buying this app because it’s junk and a waste of money. Shame on Mitsubishi, do better.

This app needs a lot of improvements, we should be given an option to change the climate and be able to preset heated seats etc, that should be something that should added in the near future to make the app more useful
