Latest update wrecked this app for older iOS. No longer opens on 12.5.7. Why push out updates to older iOS that breaks previous versions that were working perfectly fine up to that point? These app developers just can’t stop fiddling with things and updating every five minutes to justify their existence. Straightforward agnostic functionality has given way to bells & whistles now and what should be a simple app has been overcomplicated to the point of no longer working.

Can’t even open the App, tried installing a couple of times and every time it will not open, very poor for a large corporate

Worst app I have ever used. It’s been 7 days, I’ve placed 2 calls as online chat wasn’t working through the app. Couldn’t access my data, was told to delete and reinstall app. Once I did I couldn’t get in and reset password function wouldn’t work. Now have been told the app is down (for 7 days and counting)… if I could give 0 stars I would. Beyond frustrating!

I wish companies wouldn’t pander to radical leftism. Vodafone in New Zealand has changed their name to One NZ, however; they frequently use the unofficial name, aotearoa. If you are so keen on an unofficial name, why didn’t you change it to One Aotearoa? Ridiculous.

Please take my advice, don’t use Vodafone. Their plans are terrible and their service, particularly their Indian call centre is horrendous. This App in particular is completely counter intuitive and difficult to manage/ navigate. This a business that wants your money and doesn’t care how they get it. If I could give a negative star rating, then I would.

How Vodafone, a respectful (?) company can release such a buggy app? Aren’t you test it? Who is the manager who responsible for this joke? I’m shocked by the bad product you have here.

Previous app allowed me to top up on the go. This doesn’t. Can’t even view bill or usage.

Poor app layout. It’s not the same as it showed in the picture when you download. It doesn’t register your mobile number automatically compared to its counterparts.

Seriously Vodafone pay a business to do your app design properly. That goes for web and app. Amateur work here, avoid if possible…
