I paid for two subscriptions! but was able to open only 2 chapters, then it was asking for more money

I payed the subscription and never received it. I sent and email and send what they requested but they did not answer back. You have to wait a lot to read something, even with the subscription!!

No sé, si tardan mucho en chequear todo, pero me suscribí a los 3 días aprueba y me desuscribí para pagar 6 us al mes a cambio de 700 coins que nunca llegaron… y me suscribí a un bonuses de suscripción por 2 us más y nada…. Tampoco sirvió seguirlos por las redes para que te den mas coins, o la aplicación anda muy mal o es una estafa…

Sería verdaderamente genial si pudiera leer en mi idioma, español, para poder tener un mejor disfrute de la lectura. Ni siquiera me da la opción de seleccionar un idioma que no sea el inglés, lo que es una falta de compromiso porque en la descripción de la aplicación se vislumbra que se podrá leer en varios idiomas, entre ellos el español. Espero puedan solucionarlo asi le daré un buen uso a la aplicación. Gracias!

No me deja selecciónar el idioma en español

Hi, yeah, so like I totally love your app. I’m reading a few books and I can’t wait to read more of your stuff but —and this is a BIG BUTT— when I get to a certain point in a book, there’s a glitch that throws me back a few chapters. And I’ll be damned if pay for something twice. It better not count. Because we’re going to have problems if I’m double paying. Just warning you….OK pumpkin??

Not happy with not being able to contact someone regarding all the coins that were stolen from me. I had over 6000 coins saved and when I bought a new phone, you took them all from me. I want to know if there is any way of getting all my coins back. And why did you change the way we earned coins this is terrible. I can’t even get back to the stories I was reading. Your having me start all over from the beginning of all the books that I have read. It’s been hard for me to even find those again. I would like some response from you of how you’re going to refund all my coins and I paid for half of those some I earn. Either send me back my money or put my coins back and put my books back to the spot they were at so I don’t have to pay for them again. I can’t give you a review right now because I’m upset. Fix my problem and you’ll get a great one.

Trying this app

I’ve tried several times to support this app but it will not work properly. The stories show up on my Instagram and I pay to read them but then it doesn’t work. It’ll say you’ve paid but the option to click on continue is greyed out. Also they overcharged me even though I contacted them the same day that it originally happened and I still see a 15.00 charge on my card that was supposed to be refunded. I gave this app a 2nd chance and payed the fee to continue to read the stories and the same thing. Also the app won’t even let me log into my account. It keeps saying I’ll lose my guest points and even when I say ok, it resets itself and doesn’t allow me to continue. BUT they will try to pull money out of your account with no issues.
