Køber et uge abonnent som ikke virker, den ber stadig om flere penge for at låse et afsnit op

Rigtig gode historier, men træls man skal vente så længe på at kunne læse næste kapitel og at VIP koster så meget. Man kan kun se 12 reklamer dagligt, hvilket gør man stadig skal vente længe på næste kapitel. Øv :(
App fejler - point forsvinder
Gode historier! Deres pointsystem er elendigt.. appen sige loge pludselig jeg har færre point end der skulle være.. jeg har mistet omkring 200point over de sidste par dage, fordi appen fejler. Pænt irriterende.

Hi, yeah, so like I totally love your app. I’m reading a few books and I can’t wait to read more of your stuff but —and this is a BIG BUTT— when I get to a certain point in a book, there’s a glitch that throws me back a few chapters. And I’ll be damned if pay for something twice. It better not count. Because we’re going to have problems if I’m double paying. Just warning you….OK pumpkin??
Loss of coins
Not happy with not being able to contact someone regarding all the coins that were stolen from me. I had over 6000 coins saved and when I bought a new phone, you took them all from me. I want to know if there is any way of getting all my coins back. And why did you change the way we earned coins this is terrible. I can’t even get back to the stories I was reading. Your having me start all over from the beginning of all the books that I have read. It’s been hard for me to even find those again. I would like some response from you of how you’re going to refund all my coins and I paid for half of those some I earn. Either send me back my money or put my coins back and put my books back to the spot they were at so I don’t have to pay for them again. I can’t give you a review right now because I’m upset. Fix my problem and you’ll get a great one.
