I had Mercedes and BMW before but Porsche app it’s horrible, taking pictures to my documents, even my car documents, really Porsche? I did it and they told me in a email to go to the nearest Porsche dealership, but it’s 800km away, so, i give up. Even one star it’s too much.

Ca să înregistrezi o mașină trebuie să suni la reprezentată Porsche :))))…învățați să faceți aplicații ca și cei de la BMW care cu seria de șasiu te lasă să îți faci cont și totul durează 5 minute nu 5 zile ca la voi! Dezastru…proprietarii de mașini Porsche nu merită bătaia asta de joc! Recomand MY BMW CARE ESTE O APLICAȚIE TOP!

The Porsche app works fine however the connection to the car is very slow, any command you do take 10-15 seconds to reach the car, like pre-heating or doors closing. There’s a lot of improvements to be made to bring it on par with competition.

Because internal combustion engines consume a lot of oil was very important and helpful to check in the app oil level. In the beginning, in 2018, on PCM app was showing this feature , after switching to the new app MyPorsche a lot of functionalities was missing ( like : fuel level, tyres pressure, oil level). After few months and many updates of MyPorsche app all functionalities was again shown in the app. After recent update in December 2023, you erased the “Oil level” Can you please add again? As I told you earlier this is very important for owners with internal combustion engines

First of all I’m comparing this app to the Tesla app. Even if the Tesla m3 costs 1/3 of the Porsche, it has a 90% better app. The Porsche app is very slow! Even if you can see the stats of your car, it is very hard to send any commands to it. Since the newest update the climate controls does not work anymore. I’m very disappointed…

Am fost la reprezentanta sa îmi ofere codul pentru a activa Porsche Connect și mi-au spus ca exista un bug nerezolvat care previne conectarea. Au trecut deja 2 saptamani. Având in vedere ca este vorba de Porsche, ma așteptam la ceva prestigiu și pe partea de software, dar se pare ca m-am înșelat :).

I would like to connect to my porsche just by pressing a few buttons, not taking photos of my documents.. why is that a necessity? Who came to porsche and said, guys, we must make the show their papers in order to use this app. That’s just time consuming.

Schade, dass die App nicht wirklich aktuelle Daten im Hintergrund lädt, obwohl es in den Einstellungen vom iOS erlaubt ist. Damit sind die Informationen über den Status des Fahrzeuges bei Aufruf der App nie aktuell. Um dann die Standheizung zu starten muss man warten, bis die Daten aktualisiert wurden und das kann verdammt lange dauern. Erst dann kann man die Heizung starten und muss wieder warten, ob diese auch wirklich gestartet wurde. Ferner wird immer wieder mal sporadisch eine komplette Anmeldung in der App nötig. Nach Eingabe von Benutzername und Passwort müssen dann erst die Fahrzeugdaten geladen werden. Warum? Damit: KEINE EMPFEHLUNG !!!

Leider werden die aktuellen Fahrzeugdaten meines Taycans in der App häufig nicht aktualisiert (zum Beispiel Akkustand). Die App kann oft keine richtige Verbindung zum Auto herstellen.

Bei jedem öffnen der APP muss man sich neu einloggen
