Unable to connect plug and charge,had tried to change to factory default settings and reboot but no luck

The My Porsche app offers you the following advantages*:

My Taycan Cross Turismo is aesthetically and mechanically the finest car I’ve ever owned. The software in the car and the My Porsche app are not ready for prime time. Would really appreciate complete reworks of both by proven UI/UX design leadership.
Great!
I am surprised that this app doesn’t have a higher rating. The biggest advantage of this app, compared to the BMW one, is that here you have an app that works both with US and EU-spec cars. BMW is not able to offer this. The functionality includes everything that I would expect. Porsches are anyway meant to be driven and not tinkered with via an app 😉
Amateur Hour
Cannot believe this app isn’t rated 1 star. It’s useless. Fails to even update the status of a charging session. A huge tarnish on the Porsche brand. Tesla owners have an App a million times more useful.
High potential but not yet
The app is good, however to use it on the Apple Watch one has to open the app on the iPhone first, which defeats the purpose of having a watch app. 🤦🏻♂️ can we fix this?
Terrible App
Disclaimer: I have been using Tesla App for previous vehicle (Model S) for the last 5 years. Vehicle: 2024 Macan 4 EV The App layout is not very user friendly. A lot of the features do not function (Plug & Charge, allowing a secondary user, etc.). Range on App is frozen at 81%/262 miles Secondary user cannot charge via their My Porsche login credentials-they must login via primary user’s credentials in order to charge at Electrify America stations. Charging process is very involved! On our initial supercharge, we had to call customer service to take us thru each step. There are multiple problems with my Macan 4, too. I am very disappointed in Porsche.

I love this app it’s user friendly & great with options . Tech support is also easy to get aswell . Highly recommended
Something to think about adding to the cars sold in America at least an option.
My wife loves everything about her new Macan fantastic car. Only thing is she wishes it had a remote start like her last car had on cold days with it sitting outside all day at her work.
