The app does the basic things but always room for improvement. The ability to lock and unlock would be useful feature for the UK market

Nice access to useful features, but it can be hit and miss at the weekends. On the forums it’s always said that the servers don’t work or are on maintenance on Saturdays and Sundays.

Although the VIN number is in the App., it has not linked the order or progress of manufacturing.

I find it good to use the app to see how much fuel you have left and a list of manuals.

This app helps me access new car progress and not bother dealership. Only problem is order number and date is different to when I actually did order car via day or two leaving my new car ordered extra delay ??

Just downloaded the app and created an account. The link in the activation email didn’t work. There’s another link to click if that happens (must happen a lot!?) which activated the account but now the app just says my login details are incorrect - they aren’t! Not doing Renault’s reputation any favours with an unusable app!

Yes the car will tell you how much fuel you have or how many miles you have done but that’s it. The rest is just links to videos or the store. Be nice to have warning that the doors have been unlocked, be able to unlock the car with phone, be able to turn on the ac or windows heaters if the car has enough electric as we know the car can’t be on running on petrol, be able to adjust things on the open r system from phone. The car is stupidly clever, the app is useless unless you want to buy a T-shirt!

Whilst the App does the main things you want I miss the ability to see if the car is locked or unlocked and to lock remotely. Had this on my Kia e-Niro and found that really useful. Also miss the ability to find a place on a map and then send to car so that you are ready to start navigation immediately Maybe next update ?

The App seems to improve regularly as the various issues are raised with the developers. One point that regularly see as a complaint (see Facebook group) is the inability of the car to always respond to the wall box controlled charging availability. If the wall box can “see” the vehicle, then why can’t the car always “see” that a charge is possible? Or is this a fault in the car software? ZE50 R110, Iconic 2020.
