The app is good enough most of the time for checking the status of the car, also is useful for starting instant charge, checking charge levels, and using climate. However it can be very iffy in loading data sometimes, doesn’t show maintenance status and occasionally manages to show all the contracts signed up to. Without an alternative it’s ok - it’s a pity all the claimed features aren’t available all the time

A new EV owner, I find the app easy to operate and understand. One tip - notification when vehicle charging is completed.

This is a useful app which adds to the enjoyment of the car. If I could suggest an addition, I would like to be able to control the charging limit (80% to 100%) from the app; helps when planning longer journeys.

Just downloaded app., cant put car registration, every time its error. In my information trying to put my address, can’t submit, app wint let me. Finaly trying to contact custom supplrt, brings me to 404 error page. So waste of time.

This is a good app, but it is missing a few important issues ( which is available on other apps) 1. Lock / Unlock function. The ability to lock or unlock the car. Also able to see if the car is locked from the app. 2. Tyre pressure The ability to check what tyre pressure at any time, so before a long journey you would know if the tyre need attention.

It would be good if you didn’t have to close and then reopen the app to see the battery level’s increase during charging. It would also be good if you could programme the seat and steering wheel to heat in advance — not just turn on the air con.

To put it as plain as day it does not work got car early January have try numerous time I deleted and reinstalled several times so I just gave up

App is fairly basic, well behind most of the competitor in terms of features. Can not even invite any member of my household with whom I am sharing the car. So much potential wasted by mediocrity !

The ability to schedule a charge (and avail of cheaper overnight electricity) appears to be gone from the app. Will this be reinstated?

Never works or display info properly. Always ongoing issues with it. Such a crappy app. Charge scheduler works randomly, never know if charge is going to start. Would love to hear from Renault about app/car charge programming having a mind of its own. Will work, won’t work. So frustrating.
