Not able to connect smitch bulb from ios
Team i am not able to connect smitch bulb in my iphone device. I am able to connect from andriod device but not from ios. Please provide solution

Frustrating experience
Smart bulb suddenly disconnected and went to pairing mode , it happened many times but now i can't connect it back, reinstalled the software and my now my id and password not working , requested to reset the password now it says can't reset password right now try again later , i should just smash the bulb instead after all this. Don't even deserve one star
