The bulb is disconnecting frequently, I have to setup as new device every 4 to 5 days, this is very bad experience.

Hello Im Using Smitch Bulbs From last 2 Months Iam Facing issue with Connection everytime My WiFi bulbs are connected to WiFi but it shows offline everytime and everytime I setup it newly

I recently got my new smitch smart bulb but music effects are not working with it. Pls resolve this issue

Setup and working was breeze. Great that it works with both Alexa and Google Assistant! Waiting for a HomeKit integration

Its not connecting now i tried multiple times with new gmail id, passwords, phone no. Still not connecting even tried factory reset still

Unable to login since from last 2 years. They are not emailing the password reset link or providing any customer support services.

लगता है ये कंपनी बंद हो चुकी है क्यूँकि दो वर्ष से ज़्यादा से एंड्राइड और आईओएस प्लेटफार्म पर न तो इनकी ऐप अपडेट हुई है और न ही इनके सर्वर काम कर रहे हैं। अब स्मिच लाइट बस कबाड़ बनकर रह गई हैं। मेरे पास तो हैं भी ज़्यादा। स्मार्ट बनने के चक्कर में बेवक़ूफ बन गए।

One of the worst app i have ever seen. These type of companies are believing to making money and launched such a app and products. Always disconnected automatically and not connecting even you try 1000 times। जब सर्विस देनी नहीं थी तो ऐप बनाया क्यों ????
