Shouldn’t be forced to download for router control.
The fact that you have to download a separate app just to control your router and port forward for admin controls is atrocious and just shows and tells how intelligent spectrum suspects their customers are… they really think not a single person would want admin control through a personal computer that isn’t a phone, every single router that has been included in internet plans gives access through a local webpage even across the world in Australia which is considered the worst for NBN having full control over them. Unacceptable behaviour towards customers and this shouldn’t even need to be downloaded to do something as simple as port forwarding to even use an FTP
