they gave us out of date equipment that would shut off periodically when we went to exchange it we had the worst experience with their customer service.
Installation and Service
We have recently switched to Spectrum for our internet, voice, mobile and TV services. During this process Spectrum has been very accommodating and has provided 5 star Customer Service. Bradley was an outstanding representative of Spectrum. We are extremely pleased with the experience we have had and especially their outstanding customer service.
