can’t log in
I have the app on my iPad, but when downloaded on my phone, it doesn’t open with same log in info.

Can’t login
The app won’t accept my valid user/pass that works on the website
Useless Vicious Cycle
No matter what I try to do on the website, it redirects me to a page to download the app (even when doing basic account stuff, like ya know, trying to access my password and username). When I download the app, it refuses to recognize my credentials or my number, making it useless. I try to download the app directly from the website, since there appears to be a billion region versions and I’m not sure I got the right one. I can’t find my regional version. It’s downright idiotic to make the website useless to push the app, and then make the app completely inaccessible.
Can’t access my account
The app neither recognizes my email nor my password, both of which I just set up and validated on the Vodafone website. This is for a travel SIM account. As a result, I am deleting the app and will have to do everything through my phone’s browser. Since I couldn’t access the app’s features, I am giving it one star. Vodafone, please fix this!
Very nice app for the last 13 years
It is very easy to use this app to reload the phone.
For Greece, NOT UK
Waste of time!!! It’s for Greece, not UK, and will not accept your phone number.
