Overall, very good value at€7.99 per month. However, the app. is very slow and still troublesome when roaming, despite updating my SIM card.

I am unable to use roaming abroad I have spoken with at least 6 people who were unable to help me.

The app is not very user friendly, trying to access the customer service section takes an age to find, and requires an additional login, there is a feature for adding credit to an account to pay for future memberships, though when you want to use this payment option is virtually impossible to find where the payment option is

Just back from a holiday abroad. Despite having no independent WhatsApp service apart from hotspots you say my allowance is used up. Given that I seldom make a phone call I do not understand how my credit was used. Can someone explain. My phone currently says no service but presumably when I post this review it will return. Under a lot of pressure from family members to go to a proper service provider. Would like to be able to explain where the credit went.

Finally, they started to accept payment in the mobile app. This is an important milestone. Still, lots of things that can be better. They would have far better experience if the app has a native iOS components. I hope they keep the momentum of improvements.

This app is a 10 out of 10 no bugs only 12.99 a month and that’s very cheep like vey simple just amazing 😻

0 stars if possible. Customer service non existent. Not improved since I was a 3 customer. Would not recommend to anyone. Chatbots. Leading to 30 minute waits for a live person and over a week for email response which tells you nothing.

I lost my bank card and lost my calls & data. Trying to figure out how to set up new card

terrible, why is it not mentioned anywhere about paying for activating a SIM card? Deception! you count on 13 euros, but in the end 26!
