I'm throwing away the SIM card and switching to another provider. I'm tired of seeing you steal money and not provide the promised toafik. a shame . AIS is the worst

Very nice and worth
my balance suddenly reduced
first time i use AIS is June 25 and i bought the simcard along with the 35GB of internet package for a month for 899Baht. But when i want to renew the package, AIS employee told me that i just have to top up my balance into 240Baht and my internet package will automatically applied for a new one. But the next day suddenly my balance reduced to 154Baht without no reason, it turn out to be it used as a charge of weekly internet package. which is nonsense?! why do i have to pay for weekly when i already bought 899Baht for a month! + this App is not helpful at all when i want to checked about my balance usage! 👎👎👎
Force Closed
The application always force closed when I tap the packages section. Pls fix it, because the apps barely has no use if the issue still exists.
