I rate this low, just because they do not state openly, that membership is recurring/subscription. On the contrary they write about flexibility, per per month etc. That is very misleading. Maybe such cheating is a part of business model. There is also no other possibility to stop recurring membership, rather than to write an email. Again this info is hidden somewhere in the FAQ section.

Kündigen absichtlich mühsam machen ist einfach nicht der richtige Weg. Anscheinend weiß man mittlerweile selber das Preis Leistung einfach nicht mehr stimmt

I don‘t like the fact that i can book only 4 classes a time, it would be nice to have more.

The app still does not work!

Ich finde die App grundsätzlich sehr gut und auch das Sportangebot ausreichend. Was mich stört sind die langen Wartezeiten bis man eine Bestätigung seiner Buchung bekommt, teilweise erst am selben Tag wo das Training stattfindet.

Just hate the cancellation policy in this app. Not transparent, not sending you notifications that your payment will be processed. But sensing you a lot of promotions. Not user friendly.
