I love this app❤️10/10

The app is a great idea and very helpful to keep track of health issue however its usefulness is hampered by the lack of support by some of the health practitioners etc such as some pathology and imaging institutions

As an information systems professional with many years of UI/UX experience I have no hesitation in giving this App 5/5 for usability, persistence, and overall data experience.

The app is reliable and very easy to navigate. Results are seen quickly and comparisons can be read. I think it is a great service. I use it for pathology mainly.

I love the app as I can read my results before or at the same time as the Dr. This means I sometimes don’t need to get another Dr. appointment as it’s not required. Also great if you can’t remember your medications. However in saying that you need to make sure the meds are kept up to date as the list doesn’t ammend if you don’t ask for it to be.

While I love my very quick access to test results I am still very frustrated trying to provide this information to my GP who has primary responsibility for my every day care. For example today I had a series of blood tests at the hospital pre admission clinic. The surgical team will consider the results as the results results relate to my forthcoming surgery. However my GP would be considering changes over time and in light of my overall health. This can be frustrating.

Love this app so much as someone with multiple ACT Health specialists - love that I can readily access my test results, appointments and letters in one app. It has improved the way I’m able to coordinate my health care. Thank you!

Is it possible to have third party pathology reports appear in My DHR, those not from ACT Health (Capital Pathology, Lavery, etc)? Would be very useful to have all pathology results in one place. Thanks.

It is great to be able to use this app and keep track of my test results and appointments. I would like it to be accessible to my other Drs and specialists.

Nothing updates in the app. Been to multiple appts and still nothing after 2 weeks. Can’t put an appt in the app. It’s basically worthless
