MyDHR is an online patient portal giving you access to your health information. If you are a
current patient of ACT Health, you can request a MyDHR account.
Some of the features and functions available to you through your MyDHR account include:
Pre-arrival tasks - Complete the pre-arrival tasks from home to save time when you arrive at
the clinic.
Health and Visit Summaries - View, download, or send a copy of specific visit summaries from
your health record.
Questionnaires – Fill in questionnaires prior to your visit.
Request Health Information - Request a copy of your medical record and download it when it
is available.
Test results – view pathology and imaging test results.
Current Health Issues - Review your current health issues and update them as needed.
Advance Care Planning – Review and upload documents, such as advance directives and a
living will.
Organ and tissue donor registration - Registering to be an organ and tissue donor is easy.
Appointments – View appointments and receive reminders.
Proxy access – Access your family’s health information through proxy access.
Apple Health - Connect your account to Apple Health to pull your health-related data form your personal device straight into MyDHR.

Annoying that it gives the option to not ask for an SMS in order to log in and completely ignores your answer.

I along with most of the Australian community hate this new system. You gave us no choice. Now it’s impossible to make a simple phone call without either being online for eons or called back by someone in India half the time. You are cutting people of from human contact. We are no longer able to make a simple call. It’s disgusting. I am also very upset that the information is often incorrect and it very difficult if at all to get it corrected. Very dissatisfied client

Pathology results are available to be viewed the same day. Great system and easy to use

Useful app and keeps track of all my appointments so when I do forget (blame the brain fog from chemo) I can check and be reminded of upcoming appointments.

I cannot understate the importance of this App. You receive the results of each and every test in hospital. The layout and presentation is outstanding and easy to read. Thank you!!
