Not once have I been able to use any of these government apps without giving up in frustration. Absolutely effing useless!

I don’t know what happened used to be easy to use between this app and my Gov ID now it either says no internet connection when there is as every other app works or nothing happens after you have sign in and verified your identity either via the MyGov ID app or even just by signing in with your pw . What a joke.

If I were to use one word to describe this app, it would be “garbage”. Can’t even link my ATO to MyGov. This app reflects the Australian government very clearly

can’t link my gov ID doesn’t like my password (i have it saved in notes i know what it is) wants to verify me every time i log in (again, doesn’t like my password or email. which is linked to mygovid so idk why it’s suddenly different) can’t link any of my medicare or anything at all. when i called for help i was on hold for an hour. no thanks.

Where do i start no stop crashing non stop never loading full off bugs for a reason it supposed to infect out phone for information then sell it off now i realise you get paid as an spp fr meta and privacy data

I have access to AP, but it will not upload data. When accessing MyGov online from iPhone I can see all data. I have mygovid set up, but when switching to app, will not load data.

Can’t log in, website isn’t working either….

App won’t work because is says no internet connection when connected to wifi or mobile data Yet every other app works and can access the internet

No longer working since update. Please fix!

The app is easy to use and organise things. I've never had trouble with using the app. Its also easy to understand and navigate. I've never had any problems with it.
