New Password required on login
When typing, new password / confirm password dialogue boxes not visible, as covered by on screen keyboard, so had to hazard a guess that characters were being typed in correctly! Luckily both could be checked together before confirming them :-)
Appli très utile mais très perfectible
Appli très lente. Il faut s’armer de patience dès la connexion, qu’on soit en 5G ou sur wifi/fibre. Parfois (comme depuis 3 jours), l’historique des remboursements disparaît. Parfois, il est impossible de soumettre une facture. Les case à cocher/remplir ne sont plus accessibles.

Je suis très satisfait et remercie l‘équipe de Henner.
Remboursements
Lorsque je fais une demande de remboursement, je mets un titre ex: écho cardiaque. Il serait bien que cela apparaisse dans l’intitulé du remboursement. Pour ceux qui font de nombreux examens médicaux cela simplifierait le contrôle des remboursements. Lorsque vous demandez un document supplémentaire la ligne apparaît en rouge. Il serait bien que cette couleur disparaisse lorsque je fournis le document.

Plusieurs tentatives de connexion avant que cela ne fonctionne
De pire en pire
Impossible d’avoir l’unité 19 Les appels sont déviés vers la 60 et l’opérateur dit que ce n’est pas de sa faute mais de sa boîte. Ce que je veux bien croire. Cependant ce n’est sûrement pas de ma faute puisque je paye de plus en plus cher pour des remboursements de plus en plus faible et un service de pire en pire! Merci Henner
