There is an invoice I wanted to pay for. In the app when I click on pay now. It tells me there is no payment set up for the app. I was looking for options to set such thing up but nope, their is no such option. It doesn't even let you to use your card as any normal application would. How could I pay if you don't let me pay??????
I can’t select a provider, but when I go to send the message it says “please select provider”.
This app is terrible. Just use the website
This app is terrible, it constantly has issues even when I keep up with updates. Currently will not move past the log in screen and you can’t log in on a browser. I wish my medical centre would switch back to their online booking system rather than continuing to use this app.
The password error message has very poor grammar & security guidance. I have included some of the bad guidance in capitals. The message says something like “passwords must be minimum of 8 characters, must contain ON letter and ON number, and must contain FIRST, MIDDLE, OR LAST name…”. This will make it so easy to hack the app if the public have entered this info in the password. With this app supposedly created by a NZ developer, English grammar or protection of personal health information does not appear to be their priority, especially for use by a medical centre. The developer’s privacy policy says patient data will be protected. Ever heard or read the NZ privacy act or NZ health information privacy code?
It’s just horrible
I get a white screen or when I am lucky enough to get into the app, am unable to do anything useful like make an appointment. Worst software I’ve encountered in a long time.
Will not process any change password requests. Neither on web page or on application. No support contact details, just takes you to the vendor homepage.
Unable to book an appointment or message my practitioner through the app which was really the only reason I downloaded it.
