Comes on time,easy to use,been using jta since I was a kid.

The management in how times and routes are handled is absolutely despicable. Often times a bus is supposed to arrive it often doesn’t, yes it’s public transportation but that would mean accommodations for commuters should be held at the highest regard. But unfortunately that’s not the case for JTA.

Poor notification feature.

How do you cancel every single bus that runs on a route?!! Outrageous!!

I am disabled and have no way to get around this town and I’ve seen a neighbor who is disabled get on it and go out somewhere and then they come back in a white transportation bus, with the red symbol on it. I get anyone to help me with this situation.

If you want to plan a trip over public transportation, this app mostly has you covered. They notify you of route changes, new policies, and their 'best fare' program is fantastic(they'll automatically cap your ticket at the least expensive one you could've bought- brilliant) Only a few caveats. First, you can't adjust 'walk speed' if you have a scooter or such to cover more ground. You also can't disable the "ride share"(uber) suggestions, I assume because they've cut a deal to include them. The latter is generally why I can't quite love JTA as much as I'd like. They're a great agency, but their 3rd party deals are tied up in so much money, it feels like Public sentiment stops being a factor.

The skyway is a ghost of its former self. No trains so far in 20 minutes to Kings Ave. Looks clean up here. No trains. I’m starting to think for this reason and many others JTA just doesn’t care anymore.
