Hello. My device is iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12.4. I have several problems with the app. Firstly, when I installed it it could not get fares from the server and the loading screen did not disappear. I solved it by reinstalling the app, other measures (reopening, different internet sources) did not help. And secondly, today I have purchased a 1 day pass in the app. When I activated it, it did not show qr code (tapped to flip ticket, it flipped and there was a white screen). However, on my iPad there are no problems and it shows we. I believe there are some issues with optimization. Every driver today was quite surprised to see it but let me to have rides. Please, fix this ASAP as I need to ride a bus on a daily basis.

Busses do not show up at indicated times
Busses do not show up at indicated times the arrival time goes from 3 mins to 30 mins and no bus showed up and yall have the audacity to raise prices
If i could rate it zero stars i would
Unreliable, buses break at least 4 times a week on route 31, buses skip lines altogether, drivers are so rude and untrained, have no knowledge about their routes, the times on the schedule are not even followed at all, it is the worst bus system in all the states I have lived in and no regard for peoples jobs or the consequences of their inability to function properly! It is a disaster!
Bus 27 never comes
Either bus 27 never comes or either is almost always late. This is the second time this has happened to me.
Very good service for riding the bus all over town
JTA has done a very professional job with this app. I like to ride the bus to meet up with my partner in the evening after her work, so we can ride home together after a fun night in Jacksonville. The only criticism I have is that the recommended transfer is always one stop before the central hub, LaVilla Station. Some correction should be set for recommended transfer, and not be at Jefferson and Bay.
Good app and accessible For The Blind.
What I find most encouraging about this app is that it is very accessible for blind users. A lot of other apps are not. This made me rate the app highly. Thank you so much for a great!
Super easy to use
I travel a bit for work, and often will use that city’s public transit, and this app has been one of the better ones I’ve used. Very easy to purchase and use digital tickets, and the bus tracking feature is fantastic.
