None of the hyperlinks work when trying to find a provider. This app is NOT user friendly. I’m not impressed with any of the features and I’m irritated I have to use this. Customer service/help buttons are no help either.

Allow your members to add their insurance card to Apple wallet.

Horrible app! NONE of the features work. I’m trying to find a provider and it won’t allow me to change the zip code from the automated one they have as an example. When trying to use the member tab, nothing loads. I pay so much for insurance to not be able to use a functioning app.

1 out of 12 times I’ve been able to login. What is wrong with this app? Somebody stop the spinning. Please.

the app is almost as bad as trustmark's claims handling - app doesnt do anything useful, claims dont appear for months after service, none of the links or pop ups are useful (route to generic landing pages instead of the actual link). dont even bother.

This app gives me zero functionality beyond accessing my medical ID cards. I can’t find any information whatsoever for my FSA and there’s very limited interactivity overall. Why does this app even exist, and why do there seem to be other similar (dysfunctional) Trustmark apps? Any time I have to access my benefits it’s an enormous struggle. I hate this company.

This search only brings up hospitals not providers. You have to call the doctors to verify coverage or call insurance agent.
