NEGATIVE REVIEW BC WHY ARE THERE ALL IF THESE NEGETIVE REVIEWS AND YOU HAVEN’T RESPONDED TO ONE OF THEM??! NOT ONE?!!!?

I’m done attempting to input my data. The app stinks!

If I could do no stars I would, the customer service is horrible and they lock you out of your card for any reason. I hate that the City of Philadelphia has given me this card instead of my original direct deposit form. Please do not use this card please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the recent update changed to Payment Vault my login stopped working. When trying to reset my Password I never get an email and using the in app system to reach customer service doesn’t work. It’s been over a week and I have yet to hear back to regain access to my account.

The app doesn’t seem to have a button to transfer funds, which is one of the main reasons I log in. I have to log in on a desktop browser to transfer funds. Logging in on a phone browser doesn’t work at all.

It was set up my wrong email and I can’t register the account

i have money in my account but it will not let me use it. don’t use this app please save yourself a headache

They refuse to close my account. Contacting the banking regulators. Both this app, the card, and CSL Plasma are unreliable entities.

This company is a fraud and they will try to rip you off and take your money. Call the Better Business Bureau as well as the state attorneys general their website doesn't even exist. It's on the sticker of the card they sent you. Chrysler capital unbelievably partners with this company.

I get these cards as a stipend and this app never works to activate the card.
