Where is Cardless Withdrawal on this new app?

The new PB app is a massive improvement in every way. The sleek, modern interface looks like something from this decade. It's so much easier to manage the finances and bank on the go now. The previous version of the PB app (PB Engage) scored an abysmal 1.5 stars on the App Store. This new app is a complete revamp that can help restore customers' trust. Suggestion: The new PB app currently doesn’t have the ability to view or download account statements. This is a crucial feature that needs to be added. All other major bank apps allow customers to quickly view monthly statements in the app itself and download them as needed

By using secure token can’t log in , attempt failure many times , no is correct but can proceed , you may need to improve it ! I think it have bugs

Lousy bank apps ever! Please la improve abit la.

Your app is so un-user friendly n causing more inconvenience! Why do i have to register my phone again at the ATM??!! If i have to go to the bank again to register my phone, i might as well just close my account with the bank!! Don’t bother reaching out to me to “understand” my frustration! If i could, i would even rate this at a negative rating

This new app is totally not safe!! After changing to this new app, I just found out this morning that RM800 was stolen from me in the middle of the night without my FACE ID or PIN number!!

Really disappointed for pbb app, always changing app & soo, and customer service also not really helpful at all

what is this old app cannot use New app also can’t use How? Need to improve more
