Compared to the pbe app (previous app), this seem more stable and faster responses and better in UI. Helps to improve the UX

Oh come on. Don’t tell me Public Bank will now chose what to let me do and what not to? I can’t even transfer to my own accounts in other banks? Hello. Kept giving me error 0039 when I directly transfer. If I launch fpx to get money from my PB account, it just wouldn’t load no matter how many times I keep trying. Can your bank please start spending proper money on tech improvement instead of being so stingy since the days of Teh Hong Piow? He’s dead now anyway.

Why this app not like others cannot screenshot the statement, is it protect us or protect themselves, very not user friendly, which means they could change anything of the transaction that we can’t even have the proof of it, wow

Annoyingly cant use this app to pay some marchant using QR. Other banking app no issue.

This app always unable connect to server. So terrible. You need to find a astrology master to pick a good date and time only you can make the transaction smoothly without any app error

so far it’s better than pbe, now i can make qr pay with scan, but where is the instant transfer/duit now transfer? no option for instant transfer for transferring fund to another bank,only ibg transfer?

This is stupid that I transfer to my own account also been locked, this make us very troublesome when we need to transfer our money out, it takes hours on hold and even answer correct security question still been lock.

installed it since it was beta, i like it than pb engage. have no problem until i cannot screenshot payment or history. i understand it was for privacy and security purpose but atleast give some options like letting user to download a pdf out of the bank statement. i hope my review was seen and will improve it next update
