Перестало работать приложение после обновления iOS
Прошу принять к сведению и устранить ошибку: после обновления iOS до более новой версии (18.1.1) приложение не работает (не подключаются Слуховые аппараты по блютуз).

The new myPhonak comes with improved functionality and a new design to make your hearing experience as seamless and as tailored to your needs as possible. myPhonak provides you access to enhanced hearing controls and personalization options for your Phonak hearing aid(s) in addition to tracking your health data.*
The Remote Control enables you to easily make changes to your hearing aid(s) to suit your personal preferences for various listening situations. You can easily adjust the volume and various hearing aid features (e.g., noise reduction and microphone directionality) or select pre-defined programs according to the different listening situation you are in. Additionally, you can make quick adjustments to the pitch of the sound in the equalizer by using the presets (default, comfort, clarity, softer, etc.) or more personalized adjustments using the sliders (bass, middle, treble).
The Remote Support allows you to meet with your hearing care professional through a live video call and have your hearing aids adjusted remotely. (by appointment)
Numerous functions are available within the Health section such as Steps* and Wearing time*, including Optional goal setting*, Activity levels*, Heart rate tracking**, Distance walked and ran***.

Не показывает уровень зарядки батарейки
Отличное приложение, за исключением не показывает уровень батарейки слухового аппарата. Мой аппарат Naida P90-UP. Почините приложение пожалуйста.
Темная иконка
Здравствуйте! Сделайте пожалуйста динамическую иконку (светлую для светлого режима, темную для темного). Заранее спасибо
Не подключает два аппарата
Почему-то дает возможность подключить только один аппарат, либо левый, либо правый. Если подключается один, то второй уже не подключить не отсоединив первый. В инструкции говорится, что надо выбрать на экране поиска слуховые аппараты, которые нужно подключить. Но при нажатии на один он автоматически подключается. Какой-то замкнутый круг.
Not well thought out.
Must always be “tethered “ to a phone. Once the connection breaks the hearing aids will default to another setting. For example the audio will switch from speaker to hearing aids. Very annoying!
Works part of the time
Often just spins and doesn’t connect. This in a strong WiFi location. Also controls are poorly labeled leaving you wondering if the adjustment you just made did what you intended or the opposite.

APP IS CONSISTENTLY UNRELIABLE either fails to connect or randomly drops the connection then refuses to pair with iphone. Followed all instructions; Restart, New batteries, deleted & updated the app multiple times...nothing works. Has been like this ever since I got these 3 years ago.. Just awful. Not only that, but the units themselves needed repairs after only 1 year, and that's from someone who only wears them 1 or 2 times a week. Considering their outrageous cost, I can't find anything good to say about them.
Phonak L7 slim
I was very happy with app and hearing aid until last night update it to new version that not connected even I tried to paired it again but as long as I open it it started searching and not found hearing aids.I tried to return to former version but I couldn’t, pls let me know how to have it again? Thanks Frank Banakar
Good but could use some improvements.
When using the the TV Connector + mic, the setting for the ambient balance cannot be saved or finely adjusted so when I come home from work and my wife has the tv on, it automatically connects, which is good but it is screamingly loud in my ears. Another issue with the app is that when you mute the tv, it doesn’t mute the tv connector +mic and continues to stream in my ears which is very frustrating. So a long story short, when I’m watching tv and want to mute it, I have to leave the app open on my phone and manually switch the app from streaming from the tv connector +mic to automatic to achieve this function. The Tv Connector +mic has no delay when connected by toslink cable, the distance can be better and I cannot do a device update myself which has to be done at my hearing aid provider. If phonac can fix these issues either in the app or the device it would be so much better.
