This app is most of the time not even opening up despite being the latest version. Useless. I can’t turn I’m on my air conditioner without being home 80% of the time. Untrustworthy

One degree increments are too much, why not at least enable half degree increments, I can see the senses measure .1 of a degree so surely it would be a trivial change.

One of the bigger selling points for us was that we could access the aircon from our phones at any time and from anywhere that had reception. That hasn’t worked in god knows how long now, I’ve been waiting for an update to fix this issue but it’s obviously not a high priority for them. My husband and I were going to upgrade to have the lights with this company installed but that’s absolutely not happening now and I’m so disappointed.

App no longer works from iPhone or iPad. Deleting and reinstalling didn’t resolve problem. Please address ASAP.

The app rarely connects when using my iPhone It's pretty much useless for controlling the system remotely. The system works, and the tablet on the wall works. But I can't do anything to it remotely, which is what I wanted. I constantly have to delete and reinstall the app and make sure Im home to connect to the wifi to login again. If the internet drops out, even for even a second, I have to reset the whole thing from the tablet on the wall. I've never had these constant connection problems with any other app. Most other remotely controlled devices reconnect themselves when the WiFi or internet drops out. This app/system does not. The moment someone goes on your wifi they can control everything! Including the garage ti get into the house so no security at all! They should of made it so you can register/manage users on the tablet so only those people can log into the app on the phone.

Can’t connect useless app fix it asap

I was recommended the advantage air reverse cycle AC system by our builder due to owning a smart home. It was compatible with the Google Home. Then less than 12 months later Advantage Air discontinues that service, so I can no longer turn on the device with voice commands around the house. Now, the app won’t even connect via my phone, as I have to wait five minutes for it to “connect” now before being able to issue a command. I believe I might be due a fifty percent reimbursable by this company for false advertising. The product doesn’t do what it was advertised as doing. Without remote access, it’s no different to my last AC.

What a great piece of garbage thos app and the whole system really are. ALWAYS FAILS YOU IN THE WORST POSSIBLE TIMES! DO NOT FALL FOR PAYMENT FOR THIS AIR CONDITIONING CONTROLLER SYSTEM, you are better off with an analogue one really. Loses connection to base, making you walk to tablet 7 times out of 10. The timer is useless as it only allows you to operate on increments of 30 mins. Awful user experience

Since the last update my aircon is useless as the app doesn’t open on mobile or fixed devices. Get it sorted!

Doesn’t work well
