Maybe no developer is supporting this app anymore. It just doesn't work most of the time. The biometric feature is useless because you need to log out first and then sign in again to make the app work.

I cant link another account. There is an add account but once I entered the credentials the app says account already exist. How can I link another account? Is the app still working? This is frustrating even the nickname should be different since its already taken? Why?????

Garbage app doesn’t connect you to support anymore. PLDT should just close.

Your customer service are the worst, you have the worst customer service ever! It’s so hard to reach, you also overcharge and won’t give my money back to me. THE WORST APP EVER! Full of bugs and USELESS! Please let me know where to file a complaint!

Even an elementary student can create an app that’s better than this piece of garbage. Do you even know how to create an app??? How useless are your developers
