Very easy to use. No problems so far

Please update the app to allow users to exit it while waiting for a response from an operator. Eternally frustrating to be talking to an operator and exit the app to check an email or gain an access code only for the chat to be disconnected and you have to start the process again.

I didn’t realise until recently that an app was available. I have only used it a short time but am very happy to date. I find it easier than logging in each time on their site.

This app is the only way to contact customer support as they don’t have a phone number. The chat room function on this app continually looses connection! It also looses connection if your screen locks or you switch apps, therefore you lose your place in the queue and have to wait even longer!

No payment extension button like the site says and when I try to do various things like make payment or partial payment etc it just boots me to the Home Screen , app is up to date

Waste my time waiting for a live chat support and auto log out automatically without solving the problem.

Paypal payment method doesnt work. Keeps failing.

Unable to log in and see if the app is even any good despite changing my password multiple times.

Password resetting is never working. 😭

I don’t know how it has taken this long for the developers to add the most basic feature of just being able to login to the app.
