Unable to make one time payment and view bill. Pls fix the bugs.

Stop sending this to my phone. Please set it as a setting we can turn off, and ask the user their preference when on boarding. This is basic stuff guys.

Horrible customer service. Doesn’t allow you to terminate the line over the app and makes it very difficult for you to leave. Jail.

Have ported over since 19/11/2023, still get the “We can’t find your service” response when log in the app.

Inconvenience to max.

Like the title said, the app itself doesn’t work half the time. Always having issue. But when I raised to customer service, they claim that this is the 1st time they heard of it. What a joke.

The chat reset once you switch app or go to Home Screen. This is super difficult to get support via your app. Please fix it.

I really wanted to give MyRepublic a chance. And I even reached out to them abt network coverage issues. These locations weren't even underground or in some dodgy part of SG - I was often in malls and cafes and I always had to ask if the place has free wifi. None of their suggestions worked so I'm switching out to another one.

Hi to all subscribers, Do check your monthly billing. I have subscribed 3 mobile phone lines. I am into the third month and my fault for not checking but recently I noticed that from the detailed billing, there are fictitious outgoing international sms to the UK at SGD 0.15 per sms made to my monthly bill. Further checks on each mobile line showed the same fictitious charges in June, July And August bills. There are also fictitious international out going calls to UK and Malaysia too but for almost near zero time duration! BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR BILLING. Once paid makes it harder to reverse.
