It is the most awful application I have ever used. The buttons don't work, there are a lot of bugs. Support doesn't help. And the worst thing is that you cannot enter the country without a completed form in this application!

This app doesn’t work at all, get server errors and just no actions when click buttons.

When trying to open the registration form - all I am getting is the white screen with close button, so I cannot register. Same happens when I press Need help at the page bottom.

I’m trying to input my passport details and vaccine information but I keep getting an “Server_error” I need assistance my flight is tomorrow

Lags like rosmah on the way to court. Asks the same question more times than ismail sabri asked Muhyiddin whether he can be Pm or not.

I have a Thai phone number. I register myself using the app, but never receive OTP. I read others comments as well, this seems to be an issue too many. Is this something has already been looked at by the dev?

Hello there, hope you well. I hope you can answer my question. Originally I have my appointment on August/21 for first dose. However when I’m at the Clinic, when I know it’s Sinovac I decline it ( because I need Pfizer so I can travel abroad) It’s been a month now, the status of my app is not updated and I can’t get any vaccine until my apps is declare that I’m good to take a shot. My question to you is. Who I should approach to this fix? I really need my vaccine. Thank you for reading and help. God bless you
