It is the most awful application I have ever used. The buttons don't work, there are a lot of bugs. Support doesn't help. And the worst thing is that you cannot enter the country without a completed form in this application!

This app doesn’t work at all, get server errors and just no actions when click buttons.

When trying to open the registration form - all I am getting is the white screen with close button, so I cannot register. Same happens when I press Need help at the page bottom.

I logged out my account and can not login after that. I have sent email to helpdesk4 in order that they help deleting my account but no response. I will arrive at Malaysia on 2/5 and dont know what to do now.

after few weeks using the apps, my iphone cannot found the mytrip option in the apps

the app is very good but if you can add other than covid-19 like hep vaccines, influenza. Don’t make the app solely about covid because there’s actually a platform for Malaysia’s healthcare industry. Make the app a longterm usage rather than only for covid. please do consider this update as its easy for old citizen to even use this

I've been trying to book appointments for months n waiting for improvement so that i can finally do but still none. I hope gov stop paying rakyat money for this ridiculous app

Keep fetching the Passport ID but it never go through. Had been try 10 times still cannot use it. Better update the system before asking travelers scan the passport

With the new “MyTrip” feature added I would suggest to make it supportable for smart watches especially for bikes crossing borders . Generating qr from smart watch would be such a great feature . I hope it’s taken into consideration
