It is as though the app developers intentionally made it difficult to log on to this app. Every time you open the app you need to enter your password, which requires 12 characters of various sorts of course. The password is never automatically saved, and it’s ridiculous that it is not possible to copy and paste your password to log on. Please update this app.

Prompts me to update every week! Why so many updates necessary??

Nobody with this app is able to sign in with their correct credentials despite being able to do so on the site. What a piece of trash.

Cannot log in after paying the islander partners

Tried to log in using web im able to log in but using the app kept giving error then tried to do a forget password also gave an error. Please help

The revamped app is beautifully designed and functional. It’s really easy to scan and earn points now.

Can login on web but not on the app
