EZ-Link: Transact, Be Rewarded

I have zero interest in all of the products, points, etc. I just want to manage the balances of my EZ link card.

Requires a mobile number starting with 8 or 9. So no international visitors can use it. Dumb.

Can’t ez-link login

cannot even register as theres a mobile number requirement that does not let me enter my full number.

Guess there’s no chance of me taking advantage of this, since it will not even allow me to register an account. Bonus points for poor UI. Would not recommend. On that note, I can’t really give any recommendations on what else to use, since this is technically supposed to be the legitimate native app for interfacing with EZ-Link cards.

Problems like not being able to retrieve information. Signing in again where the OTP never shows up or takes a long time to show up. And this is the system that will run the public transport in Singapore? Sad!

Would be good if it showed more trip info, if there were an obvious way to change the reload amount, and if it would stop with the “Oops” logout error.

Even after latest update the app is still buggy

UPDATED REVIEW: After the update, this app now approaches its true potential and purpose, which is to store cards, view travel transactions and possibly redeem earned points. A much better improvement over the previous, almost-unusable app. Even remembers login details. I'll rate this 9/10 as it is clean, modern, minimalistic and great UI. Further improvement could be option to add more than 3 cards and show transaction history for a period of MORE than past 3 months. Also, app must allow clicking on each travel mode and explain wth is 'Go-Ahead'. Include ability to show transactions Live, not delayed like it is right now. Old review- This app is a disgrace to SMRT and EZYLINK. It's unintuitive, bad design by some novice developer. Ignore it.
