I was using this app from when they introduced and it’s awesome. But recently after updating, it closed after logged in. I have deleted and reinstalled again but same happens. I am using iOS version 18.1.1 It tells that “it’s not working right now and please try after sometimes” and closes abruptly. Is there any bug?

App is not working to login or to view added accounts. When will it get restored?

Many updates of the app have been released post launching new app. Still haven’t fixed mentioned issue. Fix it first, so that we can pay bills via apps. Yes I tried using MY issues cards only. The issue still persists. Please provide email I’d to communicate. Scenario , installed App using India App Store, tried adding standard chartered bank Malaysia issued card, yet throwing invalid card expiration date.

One of the better looking gov apps. BUT it’s buggy. Once I get into the notification detail screen. The delete and back buttons are inaccessible. And I had to close the app before I look at the next message… and repeat. It’s very annoying. Please fix it.

I keep on getting the Christmas and New Year page when I open the app and then the app dpesnt respond and I have to reinstall it back. It’s been 3 times already

Why does it keep freezing?

I keep getting emails to update the app when it’s already updated to the latest version. Yet the app is now only showing festive greetings with apparently no ability to leave the greeting screen to actually do anything.

Not as advertised

Stuck at greeting messages (merry Xmas and happy new year) after app updates . Reinstall also with same issue.

Again after an apple update the app ceases to allow me to log in; even after deinstalling/ and reinstalling; it is the same, the upkeep of the app is not on par with the 30M+ tab user volume in the country and is unacceptable
