I got issue with my internet, wanna to self log issue ticket, call 100 advice to download apps and lodge my issue due to out of service hours. Downloaded and cannot open the apps at all! Unifi home not stable, apps also not help! Paying monthly for poor service!

App not respond
the app not respond for 4 months and it didn't fix after update also. i couldn't pay the bill for my parents, this is very annoying. even if i login thru website, the linked account info all disappear.

I used this apps to pay my bill regularly. After recent updates, it logged me out and requested me to re-login, fine that’s alright. But after log in, my linked account is gone? Fine again, i’ll relink it. However this is where it trigger me - I can’t link my account, despite i make sure my account number is correct. I’ve seen other people complained the same issue here and Unifi respond was to go to selfcare portal. Ok fine. When i try to visit unifi selfcare portal, Error 16!? This request was blocked by security service. Was it because I’m oversea i cant even visit the portal?
Everything works fine before this and just one update everything go haywire. Has your engineer and programmer actually tested your apps before roll out??? This is not accidental server down problem, this is human mistake bad product. Now tell me why should I encounter this miserable event when I AM TRYING TO PAY YOU MONEY.

Not working, cannot link my unifi account
The older version app was still able to check my unifi account details and now everything disappear. Trying to reach out the live agent via chat but from phone no popup at all to ask for login, via desktop after logged in with OTP, it showed 403 error…have your software team did a full test before release to public? Such a shame, and look at SG telco service, never happened this kind of critical issue at all.
