For a fiber optic broadband provider, this app is rubbish. It can’t load the details of your billing, last payment , etc…. Each time clock on billing, it will just loading and loading

Cannot load anything, can’t see my bill, can’t pay my bill. Stupid apps

I have entered all the info and click submit,nothing happened….

Dear Unifi, I’ve been trying to make payment through app provided but there seems to unexpected error. Could you look into this and have this fixed immediately?

I think have to update the apps , unable to use it , keep log out and cannot link the account some more .

After updating to the newest version can’t even view and keep stating login session expired

Doesn’t work, always gets disconnected or logged out or cannot find my bill.. but the Unifi can cut my bill.. stupid app. Login in 15times still cannot get the bill,
