Poor quality app and product
Writing this as someone who has had the camera for nearly 2 years: we will not use vtech again. This app CONSTANTLY has problems and is not maintained with the care needed for something as important as watching your child. I have had long periods where I was constantly logged out, during which I had to jump through the hoops to get to customer service (they make you put in your model, serial number everything and wait for response) and they never helped me. But this year takes the cake because after the recent Apple updates the app just STOPPED WORKING. For over a month now, nothing has gotten resolved and I no longer have access to the camera. Just the “mobile” screen which can be off of its charging cord all of 15 minutes. Switching to a new brand this week and looking forward to it.
