Wow new version is absolute rubbish. So much worse than the previous. How do you make an app worse with an update? Clearly no real world user testing before deploying.

Links are broken and crashes the app. Unable to order for dine-in. This needs fixed asap

I wish there can be split basting options for whole chicken orders through the site / app. It will save time from having to queue up. Will free up time for staff too.

Never got reg email. Got txt but link was blocked for security reasons. Couldn’t hit forgot password until email was registered. Caught in a loop. Had to order at counter. Lucky staff are great. Whole restaurant staring at me. Thanks Nando’s. Missed welcome chips. 😭 Would be better if Qr was bigger was bigger on table and actually on menu. Missed start of my movie.

Can you please improve your app: 1. As a customer I can use my remaining points to use towards the final purchase. 2. As a customer tell me if I need to wait over an hour from the store that I am ordering from. Make a better customer service experience and not to turn customers away

Make your verify your mobile before you can do anything then when you click on the link to verify you get an error “the URL has been blocked for security reasons

There was no reset option

Never had any trouble with the app signing me out during or after sessions so no complaints there, and only ever do pickup and haven’t had any trouble with that. Mostly came to leave a review because the latest update has introduced a new ui, and I wanted to appreciate it, looks really great. The app appears more colourful and bright, and the selection is poppy and easy. Great job!

This stupid app won’t accept any of my payment cards. It’s been like this for months!!! Get your act together Nandos, you are losing business by not fixing this!!!

The one thing you need to be able to do in an deliver app is contact the driver somehow. We ordered food delivery. The driver picked up the food from Nando's Te Rapa and ran off with the food. I called Nando’s to ask where the food is and they don’t know. They don't have the drivers contact details, they didn't offer to send my order again, when asked for a refund they said ask uber, when i asked them why the lady said their Nando’s app uses uber to deliver so i need to ask uber for the refund? How is it my problem that you guys have a rubbish service? Why should I go to Uber? You go to Uber and ask for the refund. I shouldn’t have to do that. My suggestion would be to de activate this app because anyone can just create fake uber eats accounts and scam this app. Absolute rubbish app. Do not download! Scammer!!!
