Countless orders lost or made twice. Customers pay at till then still get charged through app. Good idea, but app not good enough. Unhappy staff and customers.

Downloaded to order food from cafe. Cannot put in location so cannot find local cafes. Have to scroll through entire randomly ordered list of cafes to find what looking for. Make it easy to load your location if you accidentally clicked no or changed location! Make ability to search cafes in list

This might be the worst local food ordering app I’ve used. I thought the point of using an app was meant to make it easier than phoning up directly to order takeaway? Needs a search function, the local favourites are glitchy and only show about 5 locations. Don’t bother downloading, just call your local favourite directly.

In level 3 I used this app to order food 3 times in one week. Each time I paid at the cafe. A few days later I got an email from Regulr saying the payment was successful for 1 of my orders (plus a 99c fee was added) I don’t recall ever going to the payment screen. The app definitely didn’t make it obvious I had paid. I have since removed my card details so hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

Each time I open the app either it loses the local spots that use this app, shows none available or shows places not in my region. Very glitchy and needs work

Would be better to be clear there is an app fee when making the purchase not 3 days later when we receive an invoice. Should be visible at time of purchase.

Arcimboldi is not in there when do you add or update it How about a search field?

I’ve always rated Regulr for its simplicity and ease of use but you can login with any email (not just a gmail) now which is great!

I have gone into the app to order a coffee and it shows no venues around me. The app is not showing in my settings so I can’t change the location settings. Just getting the big location declined setting.

Demanding my Google login details is questionable; moving past that, as I have cookies disabled on all of my browsers, the Google connection won’t work, rendering the app useless ... unless of course I provide more and more personal information. No thank you.
