Very bad service in Phuket AirPort
Very bad service They block my money a week after returning the car at Phuket AirPort whit no remarks Now today im told that i will have to wait another one month for the money they took from my acaunt whit no card i there posession Dont use Them
App is broken
App does not work. Unresponsive when opened and crashes immediately.
You are Gated to sign up
You need to be a member to view past receipts.
Inability to Add Payment via App
Unable to edit the credit card in the app. Continues to go back to zip code error. Doesnt work. Needs fixed. Cant add my AmEx card.
No option for providing corp code
The application doesn’t pick the corporate code from profile or provide an option to enter the code making it useless.
Keep getting an error message in every app screen
I’ve downloaded this mobile app three times and every time I try to sign in it tells me an error has occurred but no code or reason.
They occasionally have a car to rent
Definitely rent with national if you only need a car to be available about 50% of the time you reserve one.
Emerald checkout doesn’t work
Emerald checkout has not worked for almost a year. Great feature that just causes irritation now. Used to be awesome! App has gotten slower and glitchier with every update.
Where’s the reservations?
App is clean looking and easy to book a car, but why aren’t my reservations I made on my computer on the app? Why do I have to have my confirmation number to search for my reservation on the app? Why isn’t it all linked to my Emerald Club number?
