Guys, there is an issue with an app! It doesn't let me to move my tickets to Apple wallet anymore! Please fix it! It throw me away from the app every time I am trying to add it to Apple wallet.

I had only one successful transaction. I cannot buy another ticket and I don’t understand what’s going wrong...

Nice app

1. There is no way to find route via names of station of departure and arrival. Only via number. It expect everybody in the world knows bus numbers of uk. 2. You can find bus via book ticket but it will not tell you bus number and won't show you stops. 3. I found Heathrow airport, and timetable for buses. But there is no possibility to change time of departure. So no planning in advance. Please when you develop apps think about use cases! If you need help with managing such IT project don't hesitate to ask me:)

Try to book a journey! After entering all journey details it asks you to renter it all over again. With account you should not have to pay booking fee of £1.50 but this does not work either. Don’t leave your day job NE!

The mobile app is very easy to use. Thanks national express 👍👍👍

The app constantly hangs when trying to make a booking and you have to go back to the booking page; when it returns you to the booking screen it holds some of the search values but resets others so you have to reenter; when it does go through it sometimes just sends you to another booking page where you have to reenter the same search/info, again; on iPad at least you can’t enter a departure time value because it won’t allow you to confirm the value selected; and when you do eventually get a booking sorted, it doesn’t make the booking available in the app - you have to go to the confirmation email and search the reservation number to enter manually into the app to have the booking show up. Shambolic. I have some of the the same problems on my iPhone, I don’t have these issues on Windows.
