Today is Dec 2021. Where is iPhone 13 support, guys???

My iPhone 8 has dark mode display turned on. When I search for stations in Planner the list of possible stations is almost unreadable. Very light colour on white background. It’s fine once I select a station but hard to get there. Frustrating that you can’t buy the tickets directly from the app but that’s not the developer’s fault. Bipartisan stupidity from #10 for 30+ years to blame for that.

Freezes more than my actual freezer.

I live in Australia but holiday extensively in the UK, and this app has been invaluable. Once you understand the UK ticketing and pricing system (anytime/off-peak/advanced) train travel in the UK can be quite cheap. On my last trip I was going to purchase a 30 day BritRail Pass but instead used this app to purchase cheap advanced fares (where available) and saved heaps compared to buying a 30 day rail pass (£563) and tickets purchased through the app (£269), plus it was over a 39 day period (London/York/Middlesbrough/Newcastle/Edinburgh/Stirling/Glasgow/Carlisle/Skipton via Settle/Manchester/Liverpool/Shrewsbury/Swansea via Builth Rd/Cardiff/Bristol/Oxford/London, with a few side day trips as well, not bad for £269 - happy days 😁

User experience makes it impossible to buy tickets and the UI looks like it hasn't been updated in 5 years

Found this app super useful during a train adventure around the UK, it had the most detail on current train status, expected arrival time & platform, push alerts for delays, etc. Highly recommended. I also recommend you get the Great Britain Rail Free app which has some complementary features.

If anyone could tell me why I can't go on the next stage of purchasing tickets would be amazing! I have made an account put in my visa details but won't let me get to the next stage ?? Thanks Sam

Finding info is easy and journey planning works well. Does not store bookings in app, you must have tickets posted to you, so you can't book tickets on day of travel. It's the C21st guys, you need to fix this.

This app is not good at all, the Swiss Rail app is much better - they should get some ideas from that one. Firstly it doesn't show any prices or tell you when on or off peak times are, which would make picking a time much easier. But the main reason this app is so bad is because the functions it does have don't even work properly. It has inaccurate times and locations of departure. The whole point of the app is to give you an up-to-date timetable, especially as it requires the Internet, but it can't give you any accurate results. Don't waste your memory space.
