Premier Inn Hotels

I recently stayed in Newcastle near the Tyne it was rated as a 3 star hotel and the photos looked great! I got there and the room was in a desperate need of some work to threadbare carpet, interesting marks on the wall, faint smell of urine, everything was worn out and dirty. The service I got at the beginning was top notch but the rest was disappointing so I left 5 minutes into my stay and booked a better place down the road.

No frills , just comfortable and affordable.

Have been booking Premier Inns thru this App for several years. Works well. Also happy with Premier Inn. Comfy bed and a good bathroom. That’s all we need. In hotel restaurants not so good☹️

It was very good stable app. However, after latest update I can’t use it at all. Changed to 5 stars- quickly released application update that fixed the bug, it works fine now

I always use Premier Inn’s app for booking all my hotels. It’s so easy to use & easy to pay for your room too. Would highly recommend the Premier Inn App!

The App is great but I have been locked out of my account for weeks and despite multiple calls to premier inn, there is no one to speak to about account support and this issue! Please sort it out, staff said this is a known issue with password resets.

Login broken, does not send reset emails, waste of an app, just use a website or comparison site instead
