I’m unable to add policy using policy contract no and rego. Tried multiple times with and without spaces and won’t work…. Very annoying and totally useless.

App does not allow me to update my address. And I can’t download my policy in the app the as well.

This app seems simple enough but irritatingly signs me out every time I close it so have to be continually looking up my contact number etc to log in which is definitely NOT what you want to be doing if you need their assistance. Why does it not just remember that, or at least use Face ID? Needs fixing

UPDATE: the app now accepts my policy details Got this policy by buying a new BYD Atto3 but app doesn’t recognize the info provided by BYD Useless

if it represents the best of this insurance, there's cause for concern ?!??! For 2 years, every 6 months I have to deal with them to get them to acknowledge my 5-year contract. They're really unprofessional and unreliable! Choose another insurance company, especially if you're in Australia!

I tried logging in but got the response “ we did not find a match for the details supplied…” I deleted the App and downloaded it, and had the same problem. The App doesn’t provide a link to a help service to find out why. Does this App actually work?

who knows what is contract number? the dealer didn’t told us. I tried activation code, but still can’t work! too bad APP
