Terrible customer service and ripoff business
It has been over two months since I placed the ordered and my package is still held at the customs. When i asked for a refund, they asked me to call customs to unlock my package and pay the customs taxes if any.!!!! And they tried to put the blame on USA custom saying customs procedure takes too long in the USA!!!! This is UNBELIEVABLE! I have order from Turkey, China, Africa and never had this issue before. You haven’t mentioned any extra fees when I placed the order, nor mentioned that we need to call customs to get our package? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? Update 11/11/2024: After sending several emails asking for a refund, and explaining that clearly that I wont be calling customs nor paying customs taxes I received this bold response: “ Once the order has been returned, we will proceed to refund.” Be transparent about your hidden fees from the start!! I will escalate that to consumers complaints center. Everyone who had the same experience should do the same and report we’re being ripped off, we’re asked to pay hidden fees, and they put the blame on US customs. That’s the last time I’ll do business with Spanish online business !
