I absolutely love this program, I love the positive energy and enthusiasm of all the instructors. If you haven’t already tried this program I strongly suggest you check it out..you won’t regret it!

I love this app, I use it daily and it really does empower me and build my confidence while working the correct muscles. However I do not like that not all the works outs are even in each some and sometimes the right side gets more work then left or the left doesn’t get the same amount of time as the right. Soo having a more consistent work out for each side would be great I have to modify often to switch the left and right side to get the same results. One other thing, I know it’s naughty girl fitness but I don’t enjoy seeing butcheeks hanging out of shorts, I’m trying to focus on the work out now all I’m doing is watching bare bottom booty cheeks trying to come out of shorts (they look good but harder to focus)

I loss sight of this when I first subscribed, a month or two later I’m unhappy with my body and the first workout I picked was just the one I needed. All of the instructors are amazing. Jenelle is my favorite, I love the energy, the music, the words everything. Stop hesitating….. DO IT!!!!! There are SO many options give it a shot!!!! 10/10!!!

I have been the most successful in my weekly movement goals with Naughty Girl Fitness. I deeply dislike the gym and get bored with just weight lifting. For the past two+ years I have consistently met my movement goals no matter what mood I’m in. The app is super user friendly and I can cast the workout videos from my phone to my ROKU tv. The workouts are fun and the yearly price is WORTH IT compared to a monthly gym fee that I would rarely use. So grateful for the Naughty Girl team and app!

this is by far the BEST program i’ve ever tried! i love the different levels & how i always finish feeling so confident! i do naughty girl every day and i will definitely continue! 10/10 highly recommend every one give it a try!!!

I started my naughty routines back in January, started dropping pounds slowly by February and by March was seeing/feeling that muscle definition changing. I look forward to working out 5 days a week and all the coaches make my experience way more enjoyable. They push me to my limits (without me getting hurt) and keep me motivated to push through whatever may be a hurtle for me. These workouts will kick your butt, but what a cute butt it will be when you are through. 10/10 recommend trying these variety of routines!

So I’m really picky about who I follow for my yoga, Pilates, HIIT ect! I seen an ad that came across my feed on Facebook and I was intrigued so I click on it and decided to check it out! The short clip that I watched had me wanting to see more! So I started the free trial! I spent and entire day checking out these workouts! Incredible…So unique and the art to the workouts is so fun, playful…The artistic way these workouts are put together is awesome! I will be keeping my subscription to Naughty Girl fitness…
