Naughty Girl Fitness

After doing the 7 day free trial I just had to purchase a subscription!! The energy in the videos makes it so much fun, I’m actually thinking at work “when I get home I can workout to naughty girl” I’m 28 and the whole of my life I’ve hated exercise and works outs but this has changed the way I look. Even after just a week I feel more comfortable and confident in myself. Ive even purchased gym clothes and a yoga mat! If you want to have fun, feel sexy and get fit then this is deffo the app for you.

I love naughty girls so much, I literally look forward to exercising and having fun with them. My soul resonates with theirs and I feel good, empowered and beautiful like a goddess ❤️‍🔥

Really fun but a great work out too

I love Naughty Girl Fitness! I decided to sign up and add NG to my workout routine but now it has become my main workout routine! If I skip a day I really miss NG, I’m doing the routines most mornings but sometimes I’ll do more later on because I’m bored or have a free slot so instead of watching tv or playing my ps I’ll do another NG routine instead! Love it, I can’t recommend enough, I have lost weight but most of all my mental health is in a better place as I learn to love myself and not be so hard on my body, I find myself being more thankful to my body now and I’m in a better place because of it! Love, love, love!!

My confidence, my consistency with exercise and general life, my motivation, my body, my mind and my sleep. I feel ten times better in all of those things after two weeks of using naughty girl. I cannot believe what a game changer this has been for me. I actually want to exercise and have since I watched the first video- super awesome.

This app has literally changed my life. It’s made me feel strong and young again,after years of pain and trauma.

Love, love, love, the classes. Love the instructors, they’re all great and I love the motivational talks at the end. I love how they encourage you to embrace your body and be confident, I’m on week 3 of the discover challenge and truly feel my blossoming. One thing I think that would make it better than it is, would be like a check in system, also so I can track how many days I’ve been consistent etc..
